Follow Your Heart

To follow your heart can be quite a journey. The journey will take you beyond your logical mind and it will probably also challenge some of your fears.

When you follow your heart you follow something "higher" and more expansive than your personal self. There are probably as many ways of knowing what it feels like to follow your heart as there are people.

It is not really possible to explain how to follow your heart, or your gut feeling. It is a very personal experience. My experience is that I get a feeling inside of me that has a certain "tone" and when that happens I know I am on the right track.
It can take some practice to distinguish this from other emotions, but after a while it will become easier and easier.

The biggest "challenge" might be to learn to trust these feelings. It took me quite a while to fully understand that they could guide me very well through life.

After having practiced this for +20 years I have come to trust my heart and intuition and I dare to follow the feelings I get. And today this seems to be the only way I can live my life.

For many years my dad and I translated books from English to Swedish (I am originally from Sweden) and published them. One wonderful book that we translated and published is Lee Coit's "Listening - How to Increase Awareness of your Inner Guide." It explains in an easy to understand manner how to access and follow your intuition. A great guide to aid in following your heart.
