Healing with magnets

Is it really possible to heal with magnets? I would say "yes" and that is based on my own experience.

When I first came to the US I attended a community college and I met a woman in one of the classes who worked as a "freelancer" for a company called Nikken. They sell different magnetic products and after talking with her about her experiences I decided to try one of their magnetic pads. I had some backproblems and when I put this pad on the painful area it seemed to relieve the pain fairly quickly. I also experimented putting this pad on my stomach if I had an upset stomach and that seemed to work as well.

Later I also bought a magnetic pulser which works through magnetic field therapy. This device reproduces the natural harmonic frequencies of the earth and atmosphere. This form of therapy, when used daily, helps the body to defend itself from the damaging effects of electromagnetic pollution, general stress, pain, and other negative influences that work against overall health and well-being.
Even in ancient China, magnetic field therapy was applied 2000 years before acupuncture was known.

This magnetic pulser is very easy to use. You can hang it around your neck or place it on the body area that needs some help. I have used it repeatedly for colds, pains, etc for the past 10 years and it has helped every time. I am sure many people are skeptical and I can understand that. I am just sharing my own experiences which seem to indicate that magnets do work.

I have also used small, round magnets that you can put on a small area where there might be pain. Also these magnets have helped every time. I remember one time when I hit my elbow very hard on a door post. I put this small magnet on the elbow with some tape and left it there for about a day. The next day there was no pain and no bruise and I know that the injury would not have healed that quickly without the magnet.

Try magnets. They might surprise you.

OraMD and healing your gums

Last year I had some problems with inflammation of my gums. To realize that I was maybe heading towards gum disease was not an option for me.

Usually what happens when I have some kind of body issue is that I feel guided to do something, e.g. do a lot of research online, contact someone who can help me etc. Last year I spent hours online trying to find some natural product that could help with bleeding gums.

Finally I found a website that felt really right. It is published by a company called Trusted Health Products. They sell different products for different problems but the one I bought was OraMD which treats gum problems.

OraMD consists of three botanical oils – peppermint, spearmint, and almond. As Trusted Health Products can describe this product better than I can :) I will quote their website: "Over 30 years ago we studied variations of these plants based on their different levels of potency due to soil and climate conditions from around the world. We have balanced and formulated the hundreds of species and properties to create the highest quality and most effective solution on the market. OraMD naturally kills bacteria by scientific design, not by chance or chemical force."
The important part is to kill the bacteria and these oils do.

When I got the bottle, I was surprised how small it was. The product is very concentrated. You are only supposed to use 2-3 drops on your toothbrush. The first time I used it I was amazed how strong and potent it was. I used it about twice a day for a while and noticed a difference after a few weeks. On the Trusted Health Products website there are stories from people who have been helped tremendously.

When you look for something you have to be aware that there are companies out there that want to sell products that do not work, but OraMD definitely works and I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Strengthen your immune system

Your body is also part of the inner guidance and wisdom and can "talk to you" about what it needs. If you learn to listen to it, you can stay healthy and get well quicker if you do get sick.

Nowadays most people's immune systems are under a lot of stress. Many people do not get enough sleep and the nutrients that are available in the food might not be enough to stay healthy.

If I feel that a cold might be coming, I always use something called Grapefruit Seed Extract. You can buy this in either pills or as a liquid. This product is a powerful immune system booster. It is made from grapefruit seeds and seems to be very efficient if you take it as directed. I usually start out with 10-15 drops of the liquid three times per day. It has a somewhat bitter taste so you might want to take it with a juice of some kind.
I have stopped quite a few colds by using this product and recommend it to anyone who might want to get over a cold quicker than usual.

This product can be used for bacteria, mold, fungus etc. Besides the liquid and the pills there is also a nasal spray as well as other personal care products that can be used for different conditions.

One of the more known companies that sell grapefruit seed extract products is Nutribiotic and I recommend their products.

Inner guidance

After a longer break (I had to go through an unexpected move due to a foreclosure of the rental unit I lived in) I am planning to be back with new posts.

To follow your heart and intuition is to listen inside and get a sense if, what you are about to do, feels right or not. It is something most people do to some extent but you can learn how to, almost to 100%, know if what you are about to do will be good for you or not.

I still occasionally go against my inner guidance. That is when I let my brain get in the way. The brain is not connected to the inner wisdom - the heart and gut are. When you go against your inner guidance/intuition things usually do not turn out very well.

A friend of mine just shared a story about not following her inner guidance. She had been approached by a couple of young guys. They were selling magazine subscriptions and if you purchased a subscription they would get points that would go towards a trip for their school class. She decided to buy a subscription but inside of her she felt that something was not quite right. Later, she found information online that this is big business, but not honest as the young boys and girls who knock on people's doors to sell these magazines often are being used and never get paid.

My friend knew, on some level, that something did not feel right, but still she decided to go ahead with the "wrong" decision. I have done the same thing several times and usually things do not turn out the way I want. The inner guidance is always there and if you learn how to listen to it and follow it, your life becomes a magical journey. I know it works that way, as it has happened so many times over the past 20 years.

You have to trust your inner guidance and that is accurate. And you have to learn how to distinguish the feelings you get from your inner guidance from your brain "talking." I have become much better at doing this over the years and it is great when you follow your guidance and things happen magically.
